Kevin Irvin

 

Kevin Irvin has been an organ and piano enthusiast for over 40 years. He has frequently attended concerts as well as playing for others in an residential and church setting. His work experience has included extensive involvement within the hotel hospitality environment. Kevin has worked for hospitality giants: Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and currently the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, a Landry’s company.

Duties have included managerial and executive leadership in hotel communications, technology, and information systems and currently in hotel finance and procurement as Director of Purchasing for two Golden Nugget hotels. During his tenure with Four Seasons Resorts, he traveled internationally where he functioned in a leadership role for hotel openings, hotel development in London, Paris, Cairo, and Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. Within the United States he functioned in a similar capacity with hotels in New York City, San Francisco, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Educationally, he has provided mentoring training and spoken as a guest speaker numerous times for classes of students enrolled in UNLV’s hospitality program.

Outside of his employment he actively participates in the music ministry at Christ the King Catholic Community Church. He also spoils his Great Dane Celeste, Dalmatian, Grace and his Jack Russel, Beau. They truly are man’s best friend.

Lastly, It is Kevin’s desire to further the mission of SNCAGO to help support and promote awe-inspiring organ repertoire for  all communities  young and old in Las Vegas, Nevada.
