SNCAGO COVID Arts Community Relief & Recruitment Fund
Current chapter members who are aware of someone involved in the arts or organ communities who has been negatively affected by the downturn in the economy because of lay-off, lack of work, or other financial stresses brought about by the pandemic… and believes the person would make a good potential member of the SNCAGO… may sponsor & submit that person for a free one year membership.
Members should approach their potential candidate to gauge interest and desire to join the SNCAGO. If the candidate agrees, the sponsoring member should submit the online sponsorship application on behalf of their candidate (or provide the link to the application to their candidate so they may complete and submit.)
The executive committee will review applications and approve final candidates for membership. Upon approval, the chapter will submit dues and application to national headquarters on behalf of the new member.
The fund is open to potential regular, special or youth members.
The sponsor is obligated to actively encourage and engage the new member in chapter events and activities.
