Supporting Organ Music and the Arts in Southern Nevada

Dear Friend of the Arts,

The Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Guild of Organists (SNCAGO) invites you to partner with us in celebrating the rich heritage and vibrant future of organ music through the Paul S. Hesselink Concert Series, now in its twentieth season.

The organ is experiencing a remarkable resurgence in Southern Nevada. Three churches in our region have recently installed, or are in the process of installing, new pipe or hybrid organs — a clear sign that this grand tradition is alive, flourishing, and finding new audiences. The SNCAGO is proud to be part of this renewal, nurturing appreciation for the instrument across generations.

Our 2025–2026 season features a distinguished roster of artists, all performing on the 53-rank Rudolf von Beckerath organ at UNLV:

  • Friday, September 12, 2025, 7 PM – Peter Sykes

  • Friday, February 20, 2026, 8 PM – Damin Spritzer

  • Sunday, May 3, 2026, 4 PM – Arsenal Duo (Organ and Piano Duet)

Each concert is offered free of charge to the public, thanks to the generosity of patrons like you. Your support sustains this series—helping us bring nationally recognized artists to Southern Nevada, maintain instruments, and foster appreciation for the King of Instruments among all ages. The Southern Nevada Chapter of the AGO (SNCAGO) serves as the recognized forum for sacred musicians—professional, volunteer, and student alike—throughout our region. We provide opportunities for education, collaboration, and artistic growth, uniting those who share a passion for excellence in liturgical and concert music.

We invite you to contribute at one of our five levels of giving:

  • Fortissimo ($250 and above)

  • Forte ($200–$249)

  • Mezzo Forte ($150–$199)

  • Mezzo Piano ($100–$149)

  • Piano ($50–$99)

  • Pianissimo ($25–$49)

All donors will be acknowledged in our printed concert programs and online materials. Corporate sponsors will receive special recognition for their partnership in advancing the arts in our community. To have your name included in Dr. Spritzer’s program, please send a check or a Zelle payment by Friday, February 13, 2026.
